What this site collects, why, and how to be rid of it, in plain terms.
What is collected
The enquiry form on this site collects the name, email address, phone number, the type of mortgage you selected and the message you type into it, and nothing else. There is no account, no login, no newsletter, and no advertising pixel anywhere on the site.
Why
So that a broker can read your enquiry and call you back. That is the only use. Enquiries are not sold, passed to a lender or a lead network, or used to build a marketing profile.
Analytics
The site records page views through the hosting platform, in aggregate. That reading is not tied to a name, an email address or a phone number, and it is not used to identify anybody.
How long it is kept
An enquiry is kept while it is being answered and for a period afterwards in case you call back, then deleted. If you would rather it went sooner, ask, and it will.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The hosting platform may set a cookie required for the site to function.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and any of those will be done. Write to the address on the contact page.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the foot of the site changes with it. There is no version history because there has not yet been a version to keep.
