Ashcombe Mortgages is a demonstration site, and these terms say what that means for anything typed into it.
A demonstration firm
Ashcombe Mortgages does not exist. Its brokers, its case studies, its phone number and its fee schedule are invented for this template, and the FCA authorisation stated in the footer belongs to that fictional firm, not to a real one.
The affordability calculator
The figures the calculator returns are an estimate built only from the numbers you type into it. They are not a mortgage illustration, not a lending decision and not an offer of credit from anybody.
Not advice
Nothing on this site is financial, mortgage or regulated advice. A real enquiry would go to a person before any of these figures were relied on, and no reply sent from this demo constitutes one.
The enquiry form
Submitting the contact form on this demo does not book advice, hold a rate or start an application. It exists to show how the page behaves, not to create an obligation on either side.
The footer statement
The line stating regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority sits in the footer to show where such a statement belongs on a real broker site, and to show how it reads next to the required repossession warning above it. Neither line describes a real firm.
